What a great week we had last week! Keywork children spent the week exploring all things seaside related! As we couldn’t go to the beach, we brought the seaside to Kettering with ice-creams, sea art, Punch and Judy and kite flying! Everyone had a great time and it has been amazing seeing a range of different age groups work together and have fun.

At home, there has also been lots of other hard work going on. Lots of children in Year 3 have been making bones and skeletons from things they can find at home and there has been baking taking place across year groups, with lots of yummy things both baked and eaten! Owen, in Zeus made a brilliant chocolate cake decorated with a smiley face – just what we need in these strange times.

Keep up your hard work Hall Meadow!

Another week in lockdown has seen lots of amazing work taking place both in school by our key worker children and those children at home.

In school we have been doing lots of activities around VE day including; making bunting and paper chains, making model spitfires and baking a World War II cake. The children have had great fun and enjoyed learning too!

At home this week, all classes have been doing lots of interesting things including making castles in Apollo class, making art with food in Poseidon and spring poems from Ares.

We love seeing everything you have been doing and are really proud of everything you are achieving during these difficult times.

Keep up your hard work. Have fun and be safe too.
