Vision & Values
Hall Meadow Vision and Values
At Hall Meadow, we champion achievement in all its forms and celebrate the contributions of every member of our community. We value everyone as unique and deserving of respect, and we work in partnership to create an active, nurturing, and high-quality learning environment. Our aim is to inspire confident, independent learners and to foster a love of learning that lasts a lifetime. Guided by the Trust-wide mission that children always come first, everything we do is rooted in care, ambition, and opportunity.
Our shared expectations at Hall Meadow are built upon the core values of:
Respect, Responsibility and Resilience.
These values underpin daily life in our school and support our pupils in becoming confident, thoughtful, and capable learners.
We feel it is very important to consider the views of parents, pupils and the wider school community. Parents are represented on our Governing Body.
The views of pupils are represented by an elected pupil representative from each class forming part of the School Council. In addition, pupils are given the opportunity to vote for Year 6 pupils to act as House Captains representing each of the school houses, Centaur, Griffin, Pegasus and Phoenix.
