Communications

We value communication at Hall Meadow Primary School and are always finding new and innovative ways to communicate with both our parents and our local community.

We use an app called Arbor to send emails - this allows us to be as paperless as possible.

We use an app called Class DOJO to enable all of our class teachers to communicate with the class parents as a whole and this is also used to send out information from our School Office regarding events and updates. Your knowledge organisers for your year group are also shared through this method.

A weekly news bulletin is sent out via Class DOJO. A termly one is sent out via email at the end of each half-term - this gives a more extensive view of school life throughout the term.

Tapestry is used within our Reception year as a further way to communicate as it is specifically adapted to the EYFS curriculum.

The school calendar is updated regularly on the website, where you can also find additional information, forms and school policies.
